When you place your mouse over each link on the right, look at the bottom left of your browser window. The true url (website address) appears in your browser information area.

Some sites have their advertiser's links linking to an ID number. This makes it less friendly to the search engines because the search engines can't see that the link is linking back to an outside site.

It also could be the difference in somebody finding you and purchasing that one more sale.
